Is there anyway to make my hair ticker... I am fed up of always styling it in the morning and half the time I dont even know if it looks good. When I go swimming, take a shower, play sports or almost about anything my hair gets all messed and ugly. I always put gel in it or else it looks awfull and even sometimes when there's gel in it it still looks bad. I usually spend 30 minutes everyday fixing it up. I have super thin hair. Is there a way to make it ticker or at least make it look better.

Has your hair always been thin or is it a recent thing? Is it thin (as in the number of hairs) or is it very fine in texture?

There is no way to add hair follicles that were never there. If they were and have stopped producing hair, there are things you can do.

If your hair is just very fine or has always been thin, perhaps you need a different hair cut. This would mean going to an experienced hairdresser or barber stylist and asking for their advise as to the best cut.

If you would like to post a picture. We can give you some ideas. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I've always had thin hair...

I think it's very fine in texture.

I already had short hair but I think I look better with long hair.

When I used to have long hair, I put gel in it and looked really good but it wouldn't always hold for a long time.

Since your hair has always been thin and is very fine, it is the cut that will make the difference. - And styling products. Find the ones that give you the most body. Sometimes a mousse or styling foam works better for fine hair.

Minoxidil and Rogain are the same thing. It is a drug (originally used for high blood pressure) used to encourage hair growth.
