Its Amazing How Incredible A Woman Can Be When She Tries!

A woman has to be in touch with her inner voice to truly understand her needs and wants. Only then can she be who she needs to be. One must listen to her heart and know those deep desire buried within to become the amazing woman that all of us can be. Whether you have a deire to change the world or just get healthier, all is possible once you attend to yourself on a daily basis.
Take time to spend with friends who feed your self esteem. Discard those around you who suck you dry emotionally. Have lunch with someone and laugh at your inner child who looks at life with much gusto. Share your thoughts and dreams with someone who truly cares as much about the world as you do.
Take the time to listen to your children and marvel at just how amazing they are. Take pride in the fine job you have done with them. Refresh your efforts to have fun with them and sometimes just disregard one must do activity just play with them. Your spirit will be renewed. Share with them what you feel and you will be surprised at the depth of the ensuing conversations with them. You will know them better and helping them achieve their goals will be so much easier.
Take the time to listen to your body. When you need to breath, take the time to head out for walks by yourself. You will have the time to hear your own thoughts and also have the time to formulate plans to achieve them. A plus to the walk is the body will also be toned up and you will lost a couple of pounds. The fresh air will juvenate your soul and you will be more motivated to finish some of those less than welcome daily chores that you have been putting off.
View each moment as an adventure and each task will be much easier to handle and achieve. Listen to a pumped up stereo while you fold laundry or dance when you sweep the floor. Make the task fun and you will finish it in less than half the time.
If life angers you, change that aspect of it that deserves changing. Make a difference in the world around you. For myself, if I can help one woman find the courage to leave an unhealthy relationship, then my life is not in vain. If I can relieve a child of some pain he\she is experiencing then I can sleep better at night.
It doesnt matter if you are assertive or aggressive or just plain [censored] off. What matters is that you take the time to listen to yourself and the world around you and do something to make a difference. Have you reached your Potential yet?
