Hi Pamp,
Teaching kids is a always fun and can be quite stressful. First off I commend you with taking on the challenge as I know some teachers who would prefer not to not because of style but because it's so hard to manage.
Now, to answer your question, I don't know what games you're doing right now but here are some we've done in classes:
- punch or kick the balloon to keep it up in the air
- jump from circle to circle (or square to square) in a particular stance or change stances at each one (look in the toy store for the new Twister or Candy Land interactive games and you'll see how to set it up)
- tumbling races
- punch or kick an inflated dummy
- limbo-type games with staves, jumping over them
- memory games (work their minds as well as their bodies)
Hm. Those are a few I can think of off the top of my head. If anyone else would like to share, please do.
