I recently posted an article about Monopoly House Rules: people's individual variations on the rules of Monopoly. What house rules do you play with? We always play with the free parking rule where you get all of the tax money anyone has paid. We also use the "land on Go, collect $400" rule.

I think the only house rule we really use is the free parking one...except its all the money from community chest and chance ... quite possibly all the real estate money as well...It's been a long long long time since weve played. Were more of an uno family seeing as there are 5 of us kids plus grandchildren, dates, spouses etc...we just shuffle 2 or 3 decks together.
