hi i made this poncho using chenille yarn and it is my own design. hope ya like it lol

I really like it, especially the color... <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I'm sure it's pretty soft too! Is that Chenille the Lion Brand type?

it is sort of the lion brand kind. but i bought the yarn off of e-bay for a very reasonable 4.00 for a 2 1/2 pound cone of it. plus shipping of course but it was not bad either. i made another one out of the cone too and am going to send it to a friend in california who is having a hard time. her hubby is being deployed and she is stressed out. been there done that. so thought she could use some cheering up, think she will like it? lol hugggggggs

update, friend loved the poncho, she wore it to michaels the day after she got it and this lady came up to her and asked her if she could touch it, my friend was like WHAT?????!!!! the woman laughed and said she meant the poncho, asked my friend if she made it, my friend said no i had, she asked if i sold them to which my friend responed of course she does, the woman gave my friend her e-mail addy and received hers also, so now am waiting to see if another poncho has a new home <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> hugggs to ya all
