thanks Elen! Hm, things that relax me?? Soaking in a nice bath, classical music, the ocean - basically everything that I can't have 24/7 <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

OOOhhh that sounds really good right now. My mom would say ironing clothes and planting relaxes her. I would say shopping but I live in Brooklyn. Dont get me wrong I love Brooklyn but Brooklyn also have its different parts like any other place in the world. It always seem I have to be on the look out whereever I go. Talk about tense living. Oh I got one and I havent had it in a long time a massage ooohhh that sounds lovely. If you could have a massage who would it be by? Mine would be by Orlando Bloom javascript:void(0)

I meditate at least once a day.

I find that almost ALL women hesitate to be selfish about what they require...it is a habit we all Need to acquire. The quote: "If Momma ain't happy; ain't nobody happy!!" exists for a reason. If we are not good to ourselves how can we possibly be something good for others??

I took up tai chi a couple years ago and it was so relaxing I loved it and it gave me a great workout. But now I'm in Power-work-mode and I dont think I can turn it off for a minute. How long do you suggest to meditate in a day?

I like to get body work or take long soaks in a hot tub. But also curling up in my flannel pjs with a good book and a cup of tea is great.
