OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH.....I was browsing around the web and I stumbled on this website and saw this hat that I MUST, I TELL YOU MUST get the pattern to it!!! it's by Myra Woods, it's called Awsome Blossom Hat.....eeeeeeeeek I almost wet myself when I saw it!! I would use an Aster or Daisy or Sunflower petal to get that effect.
I have made Daisy Frig magnets like that hat, not as full.
It would be made like a layered Rose with the pointed petals.

Myra wrote me back and said that she sold the pattern and it will be in a crochet book for hats.....she didn't have a set date but that she will keep me informed ( <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> ) bummer!! but I will give the other patterns ago to see if I can wing it! <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

WOW! What wonderful off-the-wall hats! My husband would say that's definately right up my alley. He laughs at my kitty ear hat, but secretly, I know he loves it.
