[color:"purple"] [/color] This is the time that many people say those Resolutions get broken...how are all of you doing? Still exercising? Still eating right? Still being organized?
I am continuing on my healthy eating habits that I talked about in another post. I lost 7 pounds last month total. Not bad. I noticed I am losing my cravings for junk food like I used to have. I treat my self once or twice a week to my bad habit of cookies and milk though LOL I haven't been very successful on my exercise but it has been cold and icy here in Ohio. So when it warms up more, I am going to try to dedicate 20 to 30 minutes every other day to a walk around the neighborhood.
