Well, what reason did you have to doubt her expertise, maybe it has worked before? Did you ask her why she insisted on your doing that, and ask her for evidence that it works?

If that sounded incredibly insensitive, please pardon me.

This is why I don't work with people.

That's okay. You're just asking a question. But, to answer your question, I don't need her so-called "expertise". From all of the current literature I read (not to mention common sense), the primary goal for these children is BUILDING self-esteem. And this professor is a sick woman who should not go anywhere near children. She's oppressive, negative, and SCARY. Yes, she literally scares them. My client literally said "I hope she doesn't talk to us. She scares me." How are you supposed to help anyone if they are afraid to move? But I'm telling you, that's the way this "lady" likes it. I'm grossed out just thinking about her. I think you have the right idea, IQ... don't work with people, or this is what happens. Maybe I can get a job as a janitor or something. Just me and my broom. Aaaah!

I don't know. I guess if I were you I'd bring that up with her that she scares people. And probably be subsequently kicked out of the program, as I'd probably end up yelling at her.

I'm not an [censored]-kisser either, IQ. And believe me, I know it can be a problem. The truth always comes out eventually. Just stay true to yourself, be honest, and you have nothing to fear. That's what I believe.

Are you really staying true to yourself by not bringing it up with her?

I have. She refers strictly to our positions. (i.e. he's a THIS and a THAT, and I am a just student.) So, I'm reporting her. Yes, that is true to myself.

I totally agree with you. Be true to yourself
and take up for what you believe in or this
world will suck you in and destroy you. I learned a long time ago if your honest and believe in yourself and make each and every
day as good as you can make it and stay in
the spirit world of hope, faith, peace and
love you will survive. I'm proud of you and
hope she gets her just reward. Stick in there
for you rights and feelings.

Snokatsu, thank you for that. Sometimes, a girl really needs to hear the things you said. And, right now is one of those times for me. As they say, "not by might, but by spirit". Thanks for the pep talk:)
