I started yoga about three weeks ago. I started with A.M. Yoga with Rodney Yee and added Beginners Yoga with Patricia Walden just recently. At first it was a little hard for me, but now I am really enjoying it tremendously and looking forward to it every day. I honestly don't know how I ever got along without it in my life. I'm looking for a good yoga music cd if anybody knows of one!
