eclairs ...and they are SOOoo yummy! My family calls ANY hot tea with a little sugar and milk or cream, English Tea. How about you, Janet?

I always drink my tea with sugar and cream, Trish! I thought that English Breakfast tea was a distinct black tea, but I'm really not sure, to tell you the truth! It would seem that Earl Grey would be considered English, too, but who knows. :rolling:
