Oh I love peanut butter too!
I found a Natural peanut butter with flaxseed. Now thats healthy! It's really yummy too!

Apples and peanut butter were a staple of mine until I tried caramel dip... Sweet and healthy, doesn't sit at the bottom of my stomach like the peanut butter did. Although I do eat a toasted waffle with peanut butter and syrup sometimes! <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

It's amazing for me to look back at 2002 when I was just starting to try to eat healthily, and now my whole daily diet is SO much different than it used to be. Now I pretty much eat fresh things all day long. I'm not eating apples and peanut butter any more though <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Now it's spinach, celery, and my sweet tooth is definitely much more under control!
