I wish I was like my aunt...she wrote down everything my cousins always said when they were small. But I am so disorganized!

Anyway, it is just so cute, when you ask my baby (she is 2, now, her bday is Oct. 1) when is your bday? She says "Saturday" or "In a minute"

It is just SOOO CUTE!!!!!

How cute! happy early b day to your baby lawanda!

When I was pregnant with my first son (we think this baby is a boy too) my daughter would tell everyone she met "My mommy's pregnant.... with TWINS!" lol! It used to crack me up! Of course it meant that I had to reassure my mother that I was NOT pregnant with twins, but it was so cute at the time

LOL! Kids say the darndest things! You never know what my two year old is going to say. He had immunizations today (4 shots ) and one of the nurses tried to get him play with her while we were checking out and he swung his hand at her and said "I don't like you and I'll never like you" eek Oh my gosh I felt bad that he would say something like that but she was so awesome about it. She told him that it was totally ok, she understand how angry he was feeling and the next time he came in she would still be his friend.

He has been talking about the nurse wanting to be his friend all afternoon while we ran errands. LOL It's just the two of us now and he talks my leg off!

Well, we can't forget the cute things kids DO! My son is 17 months old right now... and whenever someone is sad, he walks right up to them, and then tilts his head waaaaaaaaaaaaay over to the side (we're talking he's bent his whole body to the side and his head is practically touching the floor!), and smiles up at them!

We were having tacos a few nights ago. And, my 4 yr old wouldn't sit down and finish his meal. He just kept jumping around and bothering everyone. So, I told to sit down and finish his meal. He looked at he and said, "Mommy, I can't. I think I'm getting a heart attack."

Jessica you're right they do "DO" some pretty sweet and funny things. My 5 year old is an avid artist. He spends all of his time coloring, drawing, painting and filling his notebooks with beautiful pictures. He's really quite talented. He's done some drawings that I was sure were done by his 11 year old brother.

Anyway, he draws everyone pictures. He wants to share his happiness and make them smile. It's so sweet!

Usually he tells me that his stomach hurts and I still make him sit down and eat. But, he was creative this time, so I let him get up and clean off his plate. I waited until he left my sight before I started laughing. It's amazing what kids come up with.

Well, this is a very old one, but a classic.

Since pantyhose cover 2 legs, my daughter came up with a new name for 1 nylon stocking...

When my she was watching her grandmother fold laundry, her Nana dropped a knee high nylon stocking. My daughter picked it up for her and said, "Here's your panty ho, Nana".

Oooo, that is so cute and funny!

It's amazing how children in their innocence can create a wonderful and cherished memory just by something they say. Being a Mom or Grandmother is a wonderful experience.

Sandy thanks so very much for stopping by and sharing that with us. I do hope you'll come back again.
