Izm going to my junior prom next weekend and have a long navy blue dress, but do not know how i should style my hair. does anyone have suggestions? My hair is dirt blonde, VERY straight, and very thick. It reachs to the middle of my back. I want to curl it, but i do not think it will stay.

Hi Robyn,
You will want to practice whatever style you choose the prom. That is if you are not going to a hairdresser to have your hair done.
Not knowing your hair... but from the length and thickness I suggest you wear part of it up and the rest down, maybe something like Gwyneth Paltrow in Shakespeare in Love
There are tips on using rollers such as hot rollers Here
and

Here
Use a gel or mousse on your hair before you dry it to help keep the curl. Use hairspray on it before you put in rollers.
Just a few tips.
Have a great time at the prom
