Other than the obvious scan and other medical tests, how do you know if you're pregnant with twins? I'm unusually large for 5 months and I am going to my gynea for a scan on Monday. I was just wondering if any moms had twins and if they had any tell-tale signs before-hand?

I'm not speaking from experience here, but I have heard mothers of twins say that one of the most telltale signs of their twin pregnancy was large jumps in the measurement of their bellies (fundal height). For instance, they would be measuring on target for several weeks and then take a good leap of a few centimeters in one week.
