A year ago I started writing for the Attention Deficit Disorder site. Immediately, I got stuck in my writing. That led to the article Planning and ADD. Since that time I�ve written about 100 articles and a book. I�ve been stuck many times. Here are some techniques that have helped me get going when my creative juices get blocked.

Stuck with Attention Deficit Disorder
Sometimes being stuck on something can just mean you are too tired to think. Take a short nap, have some tea or coffee, and try again.

Analysis is important for becoming unstuck.

Just before and after the nap, try to figure out why you are stuck. Sometimes your unconscious mind will work on the problem while you nap. Then, miracle of miracles, when you get up, you have an idea about how to get unstuck!

From looking at your other posts, I notice that you want people to visit the Divine Wellness site. Meditation is a good way to help relieve some of the pesky symptoms of ADD. It is not a cure, but it can help.
