I dont - never have. If I did, I'd probably resolve to lose a bit of weight and get in shape, but I know I wont, so why set myself up for failure ?? LOL
I agree, it's not good for our self esteam. I'd rather be quite good at not excersising than really bad at it! At least I'm consistant that way! Plus, you can really hurt yourself, all that jumping around, Besides my laundry room is downstairs and hauling a husband, and three kids clothes up and down three or four times a week has to count as a form of cardio.... right?

Haven't made one in years. I never kept them anyway so what is the point.

have not thought about it yet dont want ot i know i need to loose weight more than anything but iam goin ot gym every day so i kinda kept the one from last year....
I want to make resolutions but they are more like goals. Like finishing my childrens baby books and interviewing my mom in writing before I lose the chance. Like important things in life about family.... oops-sorry-didn't mean to get serious!
