What is the role of a Tarot Therapist? [/qb]
Someone who uses the tarot to diagnose and help treat a client/patient.

I don't own a copy of Steve Hounsome's Tarot Therapy but I hear it's a great book.

Shannon

NINTH FESTIVE HOLIDAY SEASON TAROT TRIVIA CONTEST QUESTION:

Which Minor Arcana card speaks of Happiness, Deep Relationships and Creativity?
wow what a closed system this is - just like the Bush administration - not allowing for pluralism....in any way. Fixed interpretations of cards do NOT leave room for fluctuations, which is a living thing, fluctuation - so fixing meaning to be one thing - or even three things - is retrenchment and stasis = it is not living tarot!

Living tarot would be multifarious - many approaches to the same subject and not a fixed interpretation in any way...

best wishes..
PU
The Ace of Cups

HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!!

TWELVTH FESTIVE HOLIDAY SEASON TAROT TRIVIA CONTEST QUESTION:

Which Major Arcana card has the Sun as its' astrological ruler?
The Fool
Strength
Air is associated with the Fool and Libra is associated with Strength.
LUST was formerly called Strength

But it implies far more than strength in the ordinary sense of the word. This Trump is assigned to the sign of Leo in the Zodiac.

It is the Kerub of Fire, and is ruled by the Sun.

It is the most powerful of the twelve Zodiacal cards, and represents the most critical of all the operations of magick and of alchemy.

Good answer Windy00 - there are unfortunately various theories on the associations - some link Strength or Lust (Crowley calls this card Lust) with Leo, others with Libra,...and obviously, some with the Sun.

I thought this would be an easy question - the answer I am looking for is quite blatant, actually.
The Sun!
That's what I originally thought, but thought it was too obvious.
Chuckle, yes Windy00!
