I love the seasoning at Popeye's called Cajun Sparkle. I found a site online that has a copycat recipe of it BUT it uses MSG. Does MSG have a flavor? Could it easily be left out and pretty much this would taste the same? I've heard there are a lot of big reasons to keep it out of your diet.
