Does anyone have any recipes that they make with coffee that is a favorite?

I make a wonderful (secret recipe) coffee cake to go with my coffee and my older kids hot tea.

I have a chocolate cake that calls for coffee in it! It is sooooooo good! Almost to die for! Really moist and yummy!

I sometimes use ground coffee (and I grind it even finer) as a spice - don't think about the taste of coffee drink though!

Use ground dark roast coffee beans (French Roast or Espresso) and coarse ground black pepper

Coat steaks or salmon with olive oil and Worcestershire sauce then, sprinkle on some garlic powder.

Coat steaks or salmon with heavy layer of coffee/pepper.
Let sit for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Sear on the grill and cook to your favorite doneness !!!

Try also replacing Worcestershire with lemon juice and garlic powder with dill.

Kitty the hubby loves steak. He'd eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner if he could. I'll have to try that recipe.
