My splurge Chinese dish is Moo Shu pork. Bob says it always comes with plum sauce from the restaurants around here. The web says it should be served with hoisin sauce. What do you get when you order it?
Thatâ€™s interesting â€“ Iâ€™ve never had it or seen it served with plum sauce, but it sounds like that would be good too. I love hearing how other regions take their own twist on certain dishes.
Iâ€™d love to know if anyone else has had it with plum sauce or something other than hoisin.
