Lila,
I order this type of entree when I go out for dinner. It is so GOOD. Since I don't eat grains, this is a great way for me to make sandwiches. I use lettuce to wrap up cold cuts.

That is a great idea - using the lettuce to wrap cold cuts. I've been trying to cut back on eating so much bread too - I'll have to try this
