Just updating the forum rules.
1. NO SPAMMING,
if you are not sure check with me by private message. No repeated mails please. It crams up space and upsets us all 
2.BE POLITE,
we are fine to disagree, its healthy, but please do it without unkindness. Anyone being rude or unkind or posting unpolite posts will have them deleted, and may be banned from Bellaonline forums altogether.
