Those are very good suggestions. For the hard edges (the ones that can snag a pair of stockings), I use a very coarse emory board to "file" away the roughness, then put on thick lotion or body cream before the socks. I hate to leave little foot prints on our hardwood floors, but you must be careful with socks on or your floors become skating areas. wink

Yea, I saw it at Walgreens the other day, I was staggered at how much they were charging. You can go down to your local feed store and probably get it for half that and it will be the same thing.

Bag Balm, comes in a green sqaure tin. I used to get it and put it on my feet and then put socks on over it so the stuff wouldn't rub off while I slept, I did the same thing for my hands.
