Imagine my surprise when the telephone rang this evening, and on the other end was ... "Frank from Polish Culture forum" !!!
We had a long chat. He said he is doing very well, and no one is more astonished than he. He had been to "the edge" and then 3 weeks ago, everything turned around, and he became well again - after 6 months. He hopes to have a new computer hooked up soon and will be back to join us here.
He asked about several of you - especially Jaga, Bob S., "skeeter" (you know who you are), Leslie, Carl, and even Eric.
I tried to explain about rdywenur "jumping ship" but you will have to do that yourself, I could not manage to get your nicknames right ( <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> )
He is looking forward to finding out who the new trouble-makers are ... that's our Frank <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> ... and meeting all the people form Poland who have joined in the past few months.
So - y'all are warned -- he'll be back!

to thank every one for all the cards, flowers and prayers. This is what makes Bella Forum a great thing to belong to. It is all of the wonderful people. I wish I could thank each one of you personally but that is not possible. So, I am using this time to reach out to all of you.
Im looking forward to getting back into the swiwng of things and chatting with all of my old friends as well as meeting and getting to know all of the new members. I have been gone for a while and I understand that Bella has grown. I may not be back as soon as I would like as we are having some difficulty getting the computer set up. So bear with me. The name that you mentioned...RDY ????? sounded like it may havebeen Anna. From the other issue and name, I recall it being the name enigma and he is the guy from upstate New YOrk. He ws a real fun guy and blended well with us.

Frank. So glad to have you back and looking forward to some of your postings to the forum. After all you have been through you deserve a new computer, this time make sure it has a back-up source of power. When I want a new toy, I tell my wife "well, I could have spent that money going to bars and chasing women" <img src="/images/graemlins/angel.gif" alt="" /> that sometimes works. Lots of new faces and new names in the forum and I know you will like them all. Geeze, what a great welcome back..I want to thank all of you for the kind words. Especially the new meembers that do not know me. This is what makes this a great forum. LOL,to the new members,do not believe all the nice things that were said about me. I just happen to be the oldest guy in here and the least educated. I just post messages from 1925, I talk about things the way they were when our Parents first came over from Poland.
There are people in here who never learned the Polish language and are reaching out for help. This forum has helped some of them,especially Nancy. Franek....I guess I am truly then an enigma2u...LOL. I was fairly new to the other board too maybe about a year. I only know Mike (from UK) and Bo and of course yourself. The other posters you mention only post occcasionally so I am not familiar with them. For some reason I too have a hard time getting in to that site no matter which way I try. I belong to another board on MSN and have never had a problem with getting on. Matter of fact my saved bookmark always gets me right in but not on the Polish/American site. Yes I am from Upstate NY. (not to worry we can start fresh)
