BellaOnline
My newest article will go live on Bellaonline tomorrow, but I'll be leaving for a business trip, so I thought I'd give you all a sneak peak at the article.

It's about my six-step goal setting and scheduling plan for achieving goals. You can read it here: Six Steps to Achieving your Goals

It seems like a lot to do, BUT, once you do it, you're set and it can really make day-to-day decisions and actions much easier if you do have your "road map" all laid out.

How do you schedule your goals?
The article is live now. Anyone have any feedback? Does this seem do-able or helpful?
Great article Deb!!!
I have a dayrunner book specifically designed for working on my goals!!! I write down what I plan to do for the week - then under each day if there is something specific I'm working on. I try to take action on at least 2-3 goals per day.
For example on Tuesday, I plan to work on weight loss and my writing which means go to the gym and write an article. At the end of the day I put a plus or minus next too each goal if I was able to accomplish it.
I also write down any thoughts that I had on my goals or how I think I did on them.
Thanks, Dianne & I'm glad you have a system that works--that's what it's all about! I'm trying to make time today to review all my "to-dos" for this week so I can squeeze in some extra time. I like your plus or minus thing, too--I usually cross off what's done, but I think the plus/minus thing might be a better tracking method.
