I haven't been to Idaho or Montana yet so I thought a fun way to hit those states would be to go up to Yellowstone and then do a little driving circuit.

Where should I stay in the area, to be able to see the park for a few days, drive around, and then fly out again?

i realnice town just outside of yellowstone is west yellowstone montana...on the north border of yellowstone...its a tourist trap as u canimagine...nice town just the same. theres an eagle nest south of that park entrance. it was there a few years ago anyways.

We're heading that way next year - Glacier Park, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone - it should be a wonderful trip. When are you going? I can't wait to hear about your experience.
