It looks like the housing market is slowly recovering and builders are seeing more demand for new homes. Hopefully, this recovery continues.

Sales here are wonderful as is new speculative housing. Lots of other new houses going up. Things are looking better. Nothing could bounce back any faster after what the financial community pulled!

Glad to hear it. Since I'm on the East Coast it's good to have first hand info from someone in another part of the US.

I have seen more sold homes in my area just recently. Also more under contract.
