I just served my daughter one of her favorite snacks: "Kind Cheese" and crackers.

What's "Kind Cheese?"

When my son was little and asked for cheese, I'd say "Do you want string cheese or the other kind?" And so "Kind Cheese" became our family's pet name for cheddar!!!

My son's friend calls string cheese "Thor cheese". He ate it the first time at our house and he thinks of it as my son's cheese. He tells his mom "We need more Thor cheese".
