Hehe .... I don't eat beef but here are some great recipes! I often substitute chicken or shrimp in them :-)

I know flank steak is huge in Argentina, they just grill it & get a nice char on it - then enjoy with chimmichuri (Argentinian fresh herb sauce).

I made skirt steak in a slow-cooker with Cajun spices, sliced it into thin strips, and served them with fajita fixings. It turned out very well. Perhaps it could be a new type of cuisine...Cajican or Mexijun.
