So do you think Jack's marriage is doomed? It sure happened quickly! Makes me think they just had him quickly fall in love and set up this immediate wedding so that Patty can escape and try to kill them or something.

Can't imagine a psychiatrist jumping into love and marriage that fast. There must be something else going on.

It's all going too well for jack and it is pretty sudden. I'd bet Patty will kill Emily in the end.

I'm tired of this story line. Get it over...Just my thoughts.

I agree! It seems like Jack's marriage to Emily was just a hurried plot element because we all knew they'd get married so Patty could go crazy. The whole plot was never about Jack and Emily being in love and it was just a plot device.

As such, who cares if Patty ruins it? We all knew way back when that it was going to happen so no surprises here.

I agree, it seemed very contrived. Like "Oh yea, we need have Jack and Emily get married so Patty can go crazy. Planning a Valentine's wedding overnight was a stretch. Plus, where were the guests? Nobody even stayed to eat the cake. It's like they were rushing through the wedding to get to Jack and Patty jumping into bed.

So - the writers are trying to get us to believe that Jack hasn't seen a difference in Emily vs Patty.........hmmmm

I just can't believe all this with Patty/Emily! Jack would have to see the difference and he can't love Emily all that much if he can't see the difference in her physically and personality wise.

Besides, how could Patty go from being so crazy to being able to act so sane? I know it doesn't have to make sense but it's getting silly.
