Lecture on Chocolate - 12/14/21 11:18 PM
Stratford Hall held a Zoom lecture on chocolate. How fascinating. One of the speakers was from Trinidad. She talked about the cocoa bean and how labor intensive it is to grow and harvest. Then she spoke about cracking the nut to get to the chocolate. Several speakers were chefs and discussed chocolate at their restaurants and one speaker was a docent at Stratford Hall and she demonstrated making a chocolate dessert.
