Starting a New Exercise Routine

I enjoyed the article immensely! I agree that it's key to somehow build it into your "normal routine". The more that I equate in my mind that "wake up is yoga time" the more likely I am to do it and not be distracted by life.

When you first get started with fitness, be open to options. Try an aerobics class. Have a session with a personal trainer. Try going for a walk or jog with the dog. Pull out that bicycle from the back of the garage. Call a friend to see if they would like to go running.

You are absolutely right. I used walking in the article as an example. Choosing an exercise you like and are already familiar with can make the process easier.
