A friend of mine and I were just talking about this!! Years ago I'd gone camping at a festival. For four days straight, I was outdoors. I slept great, and when I got home, found out I'd actually lost like 8 pounds!!! Crazy!!! But I can see why!!

When I overeat, it's usually about stress. Being outside all day I don't feel that level of stress. I feel more present, and peaceful.
That's fabulous, Deanna. Nature has a gentle way of righting the wrongs and washing away the stresses of life.
