If fear wasn't a factor and money wasn't an issue, what would your dream career be?
Personally I've always wanted to write and fortunately that's the career I'm pursuing now. What about you? What do you desire, deep down inside, as a career?
I'm with you. I always wanted to make a living writing and now I am. I started out with a small town newspaper and went into freelancing. Now I have my own health website and am into other internet marketing things that require I use my writing skills.
I still believe I have a fiction book inside me but it always gets pushed to the back burner so guess it's only a thought, not a passion.
I'm having a great time working on this.
Ironically, I've just finished working on a fiction project today myself! It was on the back-burner for many years then one day I thought 'the book's not gonna write itself, I better do it!' and now I can't believe it's done.
Some things are actually passion but get buried underneath as we get on with life. Once you start paying more attention to those thoughts, they can take on a life of their own. A bit like fanning a bunch of tiny flames can produce a bonfire!
Something that would make me famous so that I could deal with the media and fans the way they need to be treated.
For something where I am not famous then it would be to own a restaurant where I probably would be cooking in.
