Hi, I have allergies and nasal congestion does anyone know how I can get rid of it when I'm about to perform? it really bothers me and I don't like the sound when singing.

I am not a singer, however I work all day long on the phone in advertising sales. I use saline nose spray and experiment with essential oils dabbed under my nose. I like tea tree oil. I also boil water at home, even in the summer when I am feeling nasaly. I cannot take OTC meds so this is the best I can do. Moisture is a big key for me.
