My troop used to have 15 people. I am in the 8th grade and we have only 3 people left. Were working on our silver award right now. My friend just left. We should think of ways to keep the older girls in. Any ideas? cry

Hi, I have seen the same decline in numbers, too. Also, 8th grade. Don't let it get you down though. The girls who are left can have a great time. We planned a meeting at Tropical Smoothie to complete a Studio 2B booklet, or get pizza for an overnight "meeting" at my house to earn an online badge....we did the 'Evidence' online badge and had a ball watching CSI and figuring out the clues. I have them scheduled to work with my Brownie troop for a miniBrownie tryit evening and the older girls will earn leadership hours for their silver leadership award. Just depends what they are in to doing. With a small troop is can be fun doing special things on the fly as they plan it themselves.
