I have a few of the Dover Clipart books with CDs that I use.

Sometimes libraries will have those available for checkout too.

You can sign up for the Dover Sampler and every week you'll get a link to download several samples.

I use http://www.netvue.com/

with that you can search for pictures and clip art.
