Can't get out to a spa? How about taking a spa time-out at home. Light candles, grab a good book, a cup of herbal tea, a waterproof bathtub pillow. Then, fill the tub (or a pan of warm water), toss in some aromatics, and relax. Spa time at home.

Rachel,
That does sound wonderful, especially with the extreme snow we've been having. It's a great way to relax after a hard day of shoveling 2ft deep snow!!!
Of course if we have a family, they have to be told that the time is off limits!!!

So happy you like my suggestion. Just gently close the door to your temporary sanctuary and hang a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the knob. Then add some bubbles, and relax.
