What is Budokon? Is that like tai chi?

It sounds like a combination of Tai Chi and Yoga.

Does anyone here do budokon? what do you think of it? Is it more like a power yoga, or a power tai chi?

I've only started to hear about this personally. I think based on what little I've seen that it's more like power yoga but I could be wrong. Curious myself as well if anyone else has information or experience.
