Although cashews may have their origins in Brazil, they have become a true favorite among Goans. Introduced into India by the Portuguese, the Goan diet has happily included the tasty cashew nut into their culinary repertoire & my delicious Chicken Cashew Curry is a wonderfully tasty example :-)
