Your strawberry loaf cake sounds delicious. Can I switch the sugar for honey? Sadly, I can't have sugar/brown sugar but can tolerate honey. I try to keep my recipes as low on sweetener as I can.

Hi Sandra,it is a great recipe and yes you can substitute honey for sugars (my preference as well for a lot of things. A 1/2 cup of honey will replace the combined one cup of sugars. The berries can be left just the way they are with no sugar. I would just toss them in a little flour so they don't turn the cake gummy.
