I'm from Chisago City Mn USA. Have lived here for 52 yrs. We have also visited England and walked the hillsides, beautiful I shall say, even got to meet James Harriot the famous Vet, & have read his books.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for responding to my question about where you live and garden.
Geranium - I also loved visiting the Yorkshire dales and visiting James Herriot's house, although, alas, he had died before I got there. But the house, which is now open to the public, is very nicely done.

Hi there I live in the United Kingdom, on the Isle of Wight which is just a short hop from the mainland near Portsmouth and Southampton. I love the English country side, it is so green and luscious. I love gardens and am a keen gardener, using many types of plants suitable to our climate. I do take lots of photographs of gardens and plants. One of my favorite gardens to visit is Osborne House on the Isle of Wight where Queen Victoria lived.
