What was your favorite TV show as a kid?
Every morning Captain Kangaroo. And of course Shari Lewis and Lambchop. Soupy Sales was great to watch afterschool. I seem to remember some kind of cartoon called Rootie (Rudy) Kazootie.
I remember Captain Kangaroo and Scooby Doo too!
And then there was Howdy Doody and Soupy Sales.
I'm so old that many won't even remember my favorite shows - Plus in my day TV was only on for a few hours a day and then test pattern showed on the TV for hours.
I remember watching Howdy Doody, and the Friendly Giant in the 50's.
