Apparently the average home in the US has extra / unused stuff in it that, if sold, could net them $3100. Every one of us probably has $3100 lying around the house!

Have you done a house inventory recently? Will you list the item on eBay or somewhere else to get that cash?

We have very limited space and a ton of stuff in storage. I plan to donate a lot of stuff but some items might fetch a few dollars on eBay. My biggest problem with doing eBay is getting organized - taking pictures, writing the listings, etc. But if I knew that it was worth at least $1000, then I hope that I would go home and start today!
