Do you use Twitter as a marketing tool for your business?

I use it for business only. I have it connected, where possible, to other social networking sites, or forums, so that some of my posts get their automatically.

On my blog, I also offer the possiblity that my work is shared on twitter.

I'm not sure "what" it offers me. Maybe an easy way to be found as I don't have any customers, since twitter started, who tell me that they came to me via twitter.
