How do you help kids cope?
The best way to conquer a fear is by learning about its cause. Books and videos can be used to help the child understand the causes and effects of fear. Most importantly, how to deal with it.

Thanks for contributing to the forum! It sounds like you have self-determination and a desire to improve yourself. That makes a huge difference when setting goals for yourself. Family support is very important.
Good post indeed. Helping kids to cop with their fears is very useful not only for now but also for their future. As per my self the cause does matter one should have a look at why kids are afraid off. In most of the cases this is found very effective.
Thank you so much for your positive input.
