Do you remember where you were when several states from the east coast to the mid-west and parts of Canada all lost power for at least two hours on August 14, 2003?

Hopefully, you were not in France during this time as they suffered a massive drought and heat wave where over 14,000 people had succumbed to heat related deaths.
