Unless it is done while at work no. Unless your job is to blog you should not do that while at work and your personal life is just that personal and it should remain like that (exceptions of course are if you are a criminal but in this case blogging is not a crime even when your blogs are disgusting).
I agree with Nancy. However there's nothing in the original link that ties to this story. It's a 2004 story and it begins,

I did not go on the link I only stayed on the subject. Perhaps when it was posted it was about this subject and then it was changed later.
