You can take a stroll along a bank when the sun goes down. It is really a good way to relax yourself and the same time excercise yourself. What's more, it is more cool at outside than staying at home.
Hi, Just returned home from a great trip to Glacier National park, Yellowstone, the Grand Tetons, and Salt Lake City. We walked trails, however, except for a few times, the walking was not vigorous. I hope to start walking again now that I am home.
I read Elizabeth's article on preparing for a 5Km walk/jog. Before the trip, I was walking almost every day. I sure hope I can walk my way into a regular schedule again.
